Privacy notice and terms of use

Through the Policy Review and Contact forms on this site, we collect only what's needed to respond: name, business name (for commercial inquiries), phone, email, your policy's renewal date, the type of policy involved, a general premium range, and any message you send. If you choose to upload a declarations page, that document is included as well.

We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, vehicle identification numbers, or claims and loss history through these forms.

Information submitted through this site is used to prepare and deliver the Policy Review you requested, to respond to your message, and, where you've provided a renewal date, to follow up before that renewal under Renewal Watch. We do not sell client information.

SimpleINSURE Brokerage LLC operates under a written information security policy consistent with New York's DFS cybersecurity requirements for licensed insurance producers. Any policy documents submitted through this site are handled under access-controlled storage, and are not made available at a public URL.

The Client Center login and the instant quoting tool on the Personal Insurance page are operated by the firm's agency management system provider, not by SimpleINSURE Brokerage LLC directly. Information you enter into those tools is subject to that provider's own privacy practices.

Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage. All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the actual policy issued by the carrier, and to that carrier's underwriting approval. Descriptions of coverage lines on this site are general in nature and are not a substitute for reading your policy.
